RECIPE: Activated Greens Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 tsp Activated Nutrients Top Up Women’s Multivitamin+
  • ½ cup kale 
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup banana
  • 1 cup mango

 

Method:

  1. Blend greens, Top Up & almond milk until combined
  2. Now add the fruit and blitz again.
  3. Fill glass and enjoy!
